*Ranks are provisional within each style, using the sum of entered round scores and X count as a tie-breaker only when enabled for the tournament. Partial totals may rank above unfinished competitors. Official event-specific tie-breakers are not calculated. Totals use only scores entered for the configured rounds.

Create each scoring round before the competition. Assign a specific date / competition day to every round (Saturday, Sunday, etc.). You can change the day of an existing round below. Rounds display in the order added.

Pre-register shooters

Start typing the shooter's name. Select a matching FAA member from the suggestions, or keep typing a new name to register a nonmember. Only directors can see member suggestions or private payment information.

Archer name

Selecting a suggestion links an existing FAA member. A name typed without selection is registered as a guest only; it never changes the Members directory.

Payment status — directors only

Choose Paid to enter the actual amount received. Unpaid and Free do not require an amount. Never visible to spectators.

Pay to host club ($) — directors only

Enter the amount paid to the host club for this archer. Enter 0.00 if no payment is due, or leave blank if not yet recorded. To change an existing amount, click Edit archer on the director table and save the archer.

Import registration list

Import Name, Style, Host Club, Shooting Day, optional Payment Status (Paid, Unpaid or Free), and Amount Paid ($) for Paid entries. Missing payment status defaults to Unpaid. Paid entries must include a positive amount. You may use First Name + Last Name instead of Name. Host Club is optional for single-club shoots. Shooting Day is not needed if the tournament has disabled day selection; otherwise it can be omitted only for a one-day Saturday or Sunday shoot.

Scoring instructions

1. Create the tournament and choose the competition day(s). 2. Add all rounds/distances with their dates. 3. Register each shooter with the correct host club (and shooting day, only when enabled). 4. Enter each archer’s score under the correct round. 5. Export the complete tournament as Excel or PDF.

Each score is saved separately; changing a distance does not overwrite the other rounds. The leaderboard adds available scores automatically.

Enter or update a round score

All entered round scores contribute to the live total, including a round marked In progress. Unscored rounds display a dash. Select any archer and round again to correct that round’s score. An existing old-format total is not added to new round scores.
